"As a commercial trucker driver with an impeccable safety record spanning six years, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with State Farm's handling of my insurance claims and policy adjustments. Despite being involved in two accidents that were not my fault, State Farm denied my depreciation claim, leaving me financially burdened. Furthermore, they unjustifiably increased my policy premium from $190 to $355, citing rising car part costs as the reason, which I believe is a misleading justification. Additionally, I have encountered persistent issues with a rental policy that I have repeatedly canceled on three separate occasions. Despite my efforts, State Farm continues to charge me for this policy. This oversight is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of attention to detail in managing my account. Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the lack of communication and transparency from Augie and his office. Despite assurances from Kelly that my rental insurance policy had been canceled and that my monthly payments would be discussed due to my low annual mileage, I have been unable to reach Augie or his office to resolve these matters. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and hinders my ability to effectively manage my insurance coverage. Moreover, the recent revelation of State Farm's involvement in bribing a judge in Illinois to gain power within the state raises serious concerns about the company's ethical practices. Such actions undermine trust and confidence in the organization and suggest a pattern of unethical behavior that may extend to local offices like the one I am dealing with. I hope that by bringing these issues to your attention, we can work together to rectify the situation and ensure that I receive fair and transparent treatment as a valued customer. I trust that State Farm will take appropriate measures to address these concerns and restore my confidence in the company's commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction."
